RAGOSS office is based at 4 Burke Street. It primarily provides Outreach Services to homeless or functionally homeless clients in the Mount Isa area.
RAGOSS delivers a service that is responsive to Aboriginal and Islander people who socialize, drink and sleep rough in public places. The Service works with people affected of public intoxication & seeks to minimize the incidence of public intoxication through preventative and diversionary programmes. The Service operates to ensure the maximum accessibility for people in the target group, with an understanding of the highly mobile nature and complex nature of the clients’ needs.
